The regulatory regime for financial licenses remains unchanged for the rest of the year 2019 and also no further significant changes and developments are to be expected within the next calendar year.
PAMEROY notified all customers that the National Bank of Kazakhstan has not provided any updates of possible and/or on-going changes in their regulatory framework for the second half of 2019.
“With a very high certainty we can assume, that the regulator will not change any requirements in regards to the Kazakhstan Universal Financial Permissions in 2019.”
